the active approach to the performing arts helps the children to build the foundation not only for the musical feelings but even the emotional balance, psycholigical well-being and social contacts. At home or with the friends you will surery play the games and sing the songs that you will learn in the course - shared peace of mind is a gift!
It is more than vital that the parents attend together with their children. If we want the smallest children to feel nice we need to make sure that they feel like being in the home environment.
The aim of the project is for the small children to achieve the positive approach to a whatever language. in our case to English. The natal reflex of the language differentiation starts dissapearing around the se začíná vytrácet kolem th month of age, so as soon as better.
We are not the first ones that are trying to encourage children´s cognitive, language even motorical ability through the music, dance, singing and other performing arts. In the World exist a few concepts of the childs development like this. The author of the Babymusic concept discovered many of them while she undertook a couple of the courses (even with her own children) during her long-term staying in London.
We believe that even when the children cannot speak yet they are already aware of the things around and they connect them with their own habbits even earlier then they can name them.
We dont treat English as an another language but we approach it as it´s the second mother language.
The adults learn from the boooks - grammar, vocabulary, phrases and so forth. Most of us has learnt the foreign languages in this way - lifelessly, boringly, very ruggedly...How much more easier it would be if we knew so called the experience method! If we had a children´s spontaneity inside and on the contrary we didn´t have so many constraints and "blocks"!
It is very important that every child can try everything itself a that´s why we rather focus on the quality rather than quantity. The ideal number of the children in each course is 5-8.
To use the Czech language in the course Anglické zpívánky is minimal. The children understand the language as it is...fully functioning. Please respect this principle and only repeat what you hear in English.
The whole course if tailored to the childrens age and their level of knowledge. Only this kind of education is suitable, motivating and suggestive.
Our faculty professor used to say "a non-musical child just doesn´t exist" - and it is the truth. "The are only children that are not supported and devoted by anyone " - I add.
We don´t overload nor congest the children - we support their natural need to recognise, capture, name things by the game and fun activities. The children up to age of 3 are very receptive, sensitive and ready to naturally absorb all their surroundings. This period of every child´s development is very unique and unrepeatable - the children learn by mimcking, repeating and bothered with any constraits or prejustices. In this age they help themselves with the typical impulsivness and flexibility.
"Althrough one can live without music but not so well..." says the wise saying. Here in Babymusic we teach your child to listen to music. Your child will actively listen to music - we will introduce them the folk music, jazz and even classic melodies, latino-american, indian and other rhythms. We created the musical accompaniments. We will do our best to integrate the music into your family life so that it will enrich you, your family and friends.
